Dunkin' - Webster
Dunkin'
Description
In a recent examination of a popular local restaurant, experiences have been decidedly mixed. While some patrons praise the early morning “A team” for consistently delivering accurate orders and commendable coffee quality, others lament service shortcomings and quality inconsistencies later in the day. Complaints include incorrect orders, unappetizing donuts reminiscent of “hockey pucks,” and recurring issues with burnt food. Many customers emphasized the urgent need for improved staff training and better quality control. In summary, the restaurant’s potential is overshadowed by service flaws, leaving some diners hopeful for improvements while others vow to seek alternatives.

I came here just to try the birthday cake iced coffee. I guess the main thing I can say is their marketing works, lol. I don't really think it was birthday cake at all. More like vanilla iced coffee with whipped cream and sprinkles on top. Not bad, but nothing amazing either. Also a typical drive thru experience. It was like 6:00pm and there was no line. Nothing exciting to say.
Staff seems new, when we walk in no greeting and had to wait at counter for several minutes before we were served
In the past week, I've ordered a medium black cold brew coffee from Dunkin' twice, but both times I was served a bitter iced coffee that clearly wasn’t cold brew. I paid extra expecting the better quality coffee I've had at other locations. Very disappointed! Don’t mess with a man’s coffee!
The new coffee cup lids are awful. The small hole meant to regulate pressure and allow the coffee to flow smoothly is blocked by a plastic clasp that often comes loose and ends up hitting you on the nose when you try to take a sip. This causes hot coffee to spill down the cup and onto your clothes. Who designed this? Probably the same people who gave us Coke.
