Two weeks later, the store is still sh... read more I placed an order through the app on September 14, but when I went to pick it up, the store was closed due to a gas leak. Two weeks later, the store is still shut down, and despite making multiple calls to customer service, I have been unsuccessful in getting a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. The app continues to allow orders from this location, even though it has been closed for about two weeks. There was no indication that the store was closed until I arrived.
