Alamo Tamales To Go - Webster

Good little tamale/taco place. I?ve been here several times and always enjoy it. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. I recommend the brisket. Price may be going up but that?s everywhere, and it?s not their fault. Would recommend it andwill come back

The food is decent, but I drove there on Sunday at 8 AM, only to find the doors locked and the lights off. It's frustrating to make an effort to support a local establishment, only to find it closed when it should be open. This isn't the first time this has happened, so I guess I’ll have to call ahead next time. Either their hours on Google are wrong, or someone had too much fun the night before.

It's 9:45, and according to Google, the restaurant should be open. The menu displayed on the front door confirms this, as do the hours posted on the building. Yet, the place is completely locked up, and a phone call leads only to a full voicemail box. It's hard to believe a restaurant known for its quality could mishandle something as crucial as its business hours so badly.

I visited on a Saturday around noon, and they were out of queso, which was disappointing. Then I returned Sunday morning at 9 AM, but they were closed, even though the sign indicated they should be open. The service here has really declined quickly.

I really enjoy this restaurant for their breakfast tacos and brisket tamales. The service is excellent, and the staff is always very friendly.
