What Chris Schaefer doesn't like about Racanelli's New York Pizzeria:
The kirkwood location is fantastic. The webster location, however, is lacking hard. They like to get off work early and ignore orders an hour and a half before closing time. It's still good pizza, though. So if you like the pizza, I guess just don't order from the webster location. View all feedback.
Friday May 10th. Placed my order no one picks up phone or leaves a sign saying we're closed. I really hope everything is okay in the back end cause Ive never ordered a pizza at a place and the place I've ordered is empty and close when everything says OPEN.

Quite possibly the best calzone I've ever had in my 30 years on this planet. The staff is super cool and friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stuff your face with some delicious pizza and more ?
My personal favorite in St Louis however closed on Tuesday but I get it!!!
I came back after 4 years to try it again ,my previous experience was horrible. This time the pizza was good, well made, and the service was acceptable. The salad was tasty and decent portions. Overall, it was much better than 4 years ago when the pizza I ordered was burned, and the service was deplorable. The place was still almost empty during this visit.
