On the positive side, the manager was extremely accommodating and offered me a gift certificate, which I really appreciated since I didn’t have my receipt with me. He handled the situation gracefully and with dignity. If it hadn't been for that woman's attitude, I might have considered giving a lower rating, but because the manager managed everything so well, I felt compelled to give five stars. Cooper served us. He’s like the pool boy in those movies that only gets with married moms yet has an IQ below 70. I love the food but don’t like the stupidity at the register.
