I might do 4.5 stars here , but rounded up. It was the best red curry I’ve ever had. Maybe it was the rainy day we were there but it just hit all the right notes. I loved it. We had pad won sen from the specials board and it was good but was missing egg, which I usually find in pad woon sen. On multiple occasions Chang Mai has been incredibly slow for both take out and dine in. Food is good but the kitchen is too slow for the amount of order which they take. Also they are understaffed in terms of waiters , they constantly have a hiring sign on the door which I can only assume means they aren’t paying their employees enough.
