Sonic Drive-in - Webb City

Never had a bad experience with sonic until I went here last night to get a shake…. I got the new Oreo cheesecake scoop shake. I had gotten halfway through and stuck my spoon to get some ice cream from the bottom (it was a little melted already). Once I took a spoonful of that it was sour. I immediately knew that the milk was spoiled or something was off. This experience ruined Sonic for me and will not return for this reason.

It seems like everytime I go here or any Sonic in general and order a cherry limeade with extra real cherries, they end up putting no cherries or just the 1 with no extra and still charging me for them.

We ordered almost $50 including the door dash. I wanted a burger and tots. I didn't get any tots. My wife wanted a burger and fries. Her burger didn't have a burger in it. I called last night and they took my name. Today they said it's Door Dash's fault. How would the Door Dash know if it had a patty-free burger? Anyway I want my burger/tots burger/fries both at the same time

The service was excellent. Order was actually messed up by us, but they remade the burger as we should have ordered in the first place. The food is good. The only issue experienced is that there is just not enough room between parking spaces and the menu signs. The server has to reach over vehicle mirrors to deliver food.
