I just placed a DoorDash delivery and tipped decently, with no issues on that end. However, the order itself was a different story. I ordered the $30 fill-up meal, but the chicken tenders were tiny—about half the usual size—and hardly breaded at all. Instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered, I received macaroni and cheese, which I dislike and never order. When I tried to call and report the issues, they didn't answer the phone and even picked it up just to hang up on me after six attempts. I plan to call the store manager tomorrow because the chatbot they provide is completely unhelpful.
