Was Nikki Brand at Kfc a mag?
The drive-thru employee was somewhat unfriendly. They weren't rude, but they weren't particularly pleasant either. We didn't receive some of the sauces we requested, which would have made the dry chicken easier to eat. Additionally, when we asked for pink or yellow sweetener for our tea, they simply threw a handful of sugar at us and closed the window. View all feedback.

I am completely frustrated with this location's repeated mistakes with orders. I just placed a DoorDash delivery and tipped decently, with no issues on that end. KFC is good anytime. It would be a lot better if they reopens the buffet.

Instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered, I received macaroni and cheese, which I dislike and never order. When I tried to call and report the issues, they didn't answer the phone and even picked it up just to hang up on me after six attempts. I plan to call the store manager tomorrow because the chatbot they provide is completely unhelpful.
The food was enjoyable, and the staff were very friendly. However, the restrooms were quite alarming; they looked like something out of a horror movie, with spider webs in every corner.
