He mentioned that the Tim's employees were not careful when handing over the order, even after he requested them to be more attentive. I paid for two large coffees, and the photos clearly show what I ended up with. While I understand it was during the night shift and the store may have been busy, this level of service is unacceptable.

They're skimping on the cheese fo... read more I typically order takeout from this location 2-3 times a week, but I've noticed a steady decline in the quality of their food. They're skimping on the cheese for the flatbreads and on the vegetables for the wraps, often leaving them almost dry. This has happened 2-3 times in a row. It's disappointing to pay $10 for a flatbread with hardly any cheese on it. I’ve also ordered the habanero wrap several times, but it often comes with very little sauce and barely any veggies. Additionally, the restrooms are dirty, and the staff doesn’t seem to care. I'm extremely disappointed and will definitely not be returning to this location.

Although there are plenty of staff members, they spend most of their time chatting instead of attending to customers. After waiting for them to finish their conversation, one of them finally took my order, but I wasn’t given a receipt or an order number—nothing at all. I waited for almost 10 minutes for my order and had to ask for an update. Eventually, someone called out my order, which had clearly been sitting there for a while, along with others. Overall, it was just a frustrating experience.
