I wouldn't be writing this review if it weren't a daily issue. Unfortunately, this is the Timmy's located near the highway, and I really wish I didn’t have to keep mentioning it.

I took each bite cautiously, but ultimately had to throw it away because it was full of hard shells. Thanks for ruining my breakfast!

I find it hard to understand why the owner hasn't dealt with this issue. She truly doesn't seem suited for her role. It would be beneficial for her to undergo some customer service training!

It's well-known for its delicious coffee, donuts, bagels, soups, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more. The staff at this particular Tim Horton is friendly and provides excellent service. It’s no wonder that everyone enjoys visiting Tim Horton for a great experience.

Her behavior was unprofessional, and she appeared unsure about how to interact with customers effectively. I was left questioning the quality of customer service! Unfortunately, she was quite rude, which made my visit uncomfortable. I sincerely hope the management takes action to address this issue, as her conduct does not represent the establishment well. It's essential for staff to exhibit good manners and create a welcoming environment for diners.
