Quick breakfast on the move! You can place your order using the provided iPad, pay at your seat, and surf the internet while waiting for your meal. I tried the smoked salmon croissant and roasted red pepper mini quiches for breakfast today. The flavors were delightful, and the service was speedy and courteous. The only downside is the inflated prices due to being at the airport with limited options. However, it’s definitely a much better choice than a day-old donut!

Let me clarify: I LOVE THIS. I can order what I want, whenever I want. There’s no waiting for a server—just a couple of taps and voilà, my beer is on the table. To clarify, there is a human touch involved, actually a few human touches, which I'll detail in this review. I interacted directly with two staff members and indirectly with at least one more. **Human #1 (Direct)** This person delivered my order: I had a freshly cooked 6oz burger sourced from a local farm in Blackstock, ON—interesting because it's close to my home. It was topped with aged cheddar, caramelized onions, and mushrooms. The burger cost $16.00, which would be outrageous for a 6oz burger outside of an airport, but it is an airport (where even water costs around $5.00). I also ordered a side of onion rings for $4.00, and they were actually quite good. I got a Muskoka Brewery Cream Ale Tallboy for $9.50. This interaction was great—the meal was delivered just as expected. **Human #2 (Indirect)** This person cooked my order: When you expect a freshly ground, locally sourced burger, you hope for a wonderful blend of texture and flavor. The flavor was outstanding—a delicious, flavorful burger. This was likely due to the smoky taste from the char grilling and the well-cooked toppings. However, the texture was lacking; the burger was tough and, in my opinion, overcooked. It wasn't the worst burger since the flavor was right, but I felt disappointed after paying $16.00 for it alone. **Human #3 (Direct)** This staff member brought more drinks and... After finishing my meal and beer, I ordered another drink to pass the time before my flight. A lovely woman delivered the drinks and asked how everything was. I mentioned that the burger was overcooked for my taste, and she explained: "The cooks are not allowed to serve 'undercooked' meat." I've encountered this response for dry burgers before, so I wasn't surprised—corporate establishments are often cautious due to liability concerns. I get it; it's business. However, this makes me think that when you order a burger here, you're more likely to get something resembling a hockey puck rather than a moist and tender burger from a fresh, local source. **THE DEAL** In conclusion, the server was quite understanding and offered free Fiji water, insisting that if I had mentioned my concerns before I devoured it (I was hungry), it could have been addressed. I’m not sure how they would have done that since they can't cook the burger to my liking, but I appreciate her empathy and the complimentary $5.00 drink (see what I did there?). To call yourself a "burger bar," Mr. McEwan, of all people, should understand that a truly fresh burger should be cooked to order. Overall, it's still likely one of the better choices in the airport, and the chairs are comfortable. Rating: 3.5/5

I stopped in for breakfast before our flight and found the experience to be quite impersonal. You place your order through a touch screen, and I only saw the servers briefly when they brought our drinks and food. The prices were steep—$16 each for bacon and eggs, $5 for orange juice, and $3.75 for coffee. The food itself was decent, but overall, the experience left a lot to be desired.

Ordered wine. They make you prepay. Then they didn't have the wine we wanted. So we just asked for a refund. They offered us two glasses of wine instead of the one we wanted. We said we would just get a refund. They said a manager would be here in 5 minutes... it has been 15 and still waiting... apparently we are on the American side so it's going to take longer. Just 86 it on the tablets if you don't have it. It will save you and your guests a lot of time.

Perfect burger. Id go back in a moment for that. Fries were misrepresented at the moment by the menu photo. I asked him and the fries they are currently serving or not their usual fries as they are having supply chain issues. Also poorly designed interior. All thst said I’ll stop for that burger any day.
