A woman inside gestured that they were closed, and when I acknowledged it, she rolled her eyes and made an awkward face before saying something. It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service so early in the morning, as it creates negative vibes for customers. I recommend hiring more courteous staff with better customer service skills.

She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and instrumental in helping me choose the best machine for my coffee preferences. The introductory offers were amazing—I got 10 sleeves of coffee and a travel mug at a great price. The store is fantastic, and I will definitely be back for more pods. There were so many options to choose from, and Vanessa did an excellent job assisting me in selecting the pods I would like best.

The staff appeared to be working at a sluggish pace, and given this experience, I wouldn't recommend it and probably won't come back. If this is the kind of experience associated with Nespresso, I might consider exploring other options for a coffee machine. However, I want to highlight that when we were finally served by a young gentleman wearing glasses, he delivered outstanding, five-star service. I anticipated a much better experience, especially in comparison to the Yorkdale and Bloor locations, where the staff is always focused on the customer and attentive to their needs. This location could really use some fundamental training in customer service. As a loyal Nespresso customer for 12 years, I was only visiting here for the second time, and I can say with certainty that I will not be coming back.
