An older employee, who wore glasses, treated us very poorly. We couldn't help but feel that there were undertones of racism in his behavior. He ignored a simple, polite question we asked and even locked the door in our faces. The management should definitely focus on improving customer service.

However, we have noticed that their prices tend to be higher than those of similar products at other stores. The cashier shouted at me when I didn't know the code for the pears, and she screamed at me for about a minute. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was informed that the manager was not available. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a large supermarket like Metro. I'm truly disappointed.
