The chicken was dry and had a flavor that suggested it had been fried in old oil. Moreover, they add a 10% tip in a self-serve food court, which I find quite unreasonable.

It seemed like they had cut the wings and breast portions in half to make it seem like two pieces. To make matters worse, there was more breading and bone than actual meat. I won't be returning until they address the portion issue.

The service from the cashier was frustrating, but the food was great!
