Was SAZ at Jade Dim Sum a mag?
Jade Dim Sum may appear somewhat simple from the outside, but it is an excellent option for Chinese cuisine, particularly as it is one of the few restaurants in Mississauga and Brampton that offers dim sum all day long. Everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious, with the egg bun standing out as my favorite dish. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. What Vaughan Waison dislikes about Jade Dim Sum:
The dim sum selection was quite impressive. However, the chicken feet could have used more spice and a bit more sauce. Don't count on great service; the main appeal is definitely the food. View all feedback.

The food was outstanding, and I truly enjoyed the extensive selection of chicken and shrimp dim sum available. For dim sum, the only vegetarian option was spring rolls, but the stir-fried tofu with mixed vegetables as a main course was exceptional. The service was prompt and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. They also sell frozen dim sum, allowing you to enjoy it at home. I was pleasantly surprised by Jade Dim Sum and will definitely be back!

The dim sum here is outstanding, and the Mapo Tofu is especially delightful. The chicken steamed dumplings were tasty, although my kids thought there was a bit too much dough and not enough filling. The chicken wings were amazing—crispy, well-seasoned, and served hot. I was also impressed with the service; our waitress took the time to connect with my family and even shared some jokes with my mother-in-law. For dessert, we tried the Thousand Cake, which initially seemed a bit too spongy, but the flavor and texture were incredible. Yum! I’ll definitely return for that cake.

I visited Jade for Dim Sum on Sunday, and I have to say it was fantastic! Definitely worth the drive from Toronto to Mississauga. The food was excellent, the prices were great, and the service was friendly. They also had a wonderful selection. I will definitely be back!

**ATMOSPHERE:** The restaurant felt small, with no space to stand while waiting for a table at the front. The décor was somewhat lackluster, featuring a few Chinese decorations but having an overall old and worn ambiance. The seating was uncomfortable and cramped, making it challenging for servers to navigate without coming close to our table. It felt like we were squeezed into a small space, which affected our comfort. **SERVICE:** Upon arrival, we noticed a man behind the counter steaming items as orders came in, which seemed like quite a task for one person. Unfortunately, the service at our table was not great. Several servers approached us with dishes only to realize they were for another table and then walked away. There seemed to be some confusion among the staff about where the items should go. Additionally, they did not appear very friendly when we made requests, and it took a long time for our orders to arrive, which definitely detracted from the experience. **COST:** We ordered items including Egg Tarts, Vanilla Cream Buns, Octopus, Fried Dough, Shrimp Rolls, Chicken Feet, Pork Dumplings, and Tripe, which cost $41.55 for three people. The prices here are much more affordable than at other dim sum restaurants. **WOULD YOU RETURN?** Despite the fact that most of the food was quite good, the atmosphere and service left much to be desired. Because of this, I wouldn't choose to return to this establishment in the future.
