We had tried the beer at quite a few restaurants around Knysna and had to go and visit the brewery. Such friendly owners, they explain all the beers and are very helpful. You can get a tasting platter of beers and gin and can buy 500ml cans from their shop. The beer is delicious and there is a variety for every palate. You can also get a great lunch and white washed cafe which is on the same premises.

What a wonderful place—a true hidden gem! The hosts and owners are incredibly friendly, and the tasting experience is delightful. The food is exceptionally fresh and healthy. I can confidently say that it's probably the best burger in Knysna. Plus, as soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the delightful aroma of homemade baked goods.

It's fantastic to have authentic craft beer in Knysna. The No. 17 Golden Ale remains my favorite, but pairing the IPA with a nice piece of grilled meat? Absolutely yes!

During our road trip, we've enjoyed passion fruit, lychee, and a brand new treat—prickly pear! It's such a delight to savor the best beer in the world again!
