I've lived in the south where bbq sauce flows like wine...where people instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano for deliciously smoked meats. I've had a LOT of great pork in my day and Tripps BBQ is simply the best. I insisted on having my 30th birthday party catered by Tripps and let me tell you...there was no better way to kick off my next decade of life. Pulled pork? Check. Smoked corn on the cob? Wowza. Baked beans? Unreal. Homemade sauce? Roll me in it. The only problem I have with Tripps BBQ is that there are some side-effects, which include: random cravings, decreased productivity because of daydreaming about pulled pork, disappointment in anything else, and regret...that I hadn't eaten it sooner.
