Pastafina Weatherford Menu

In 2009, after discovering the warmth of Texas on vacation, the family decided to make a new home here. A few years later, Jeff became the proud owner of Pastafina, and word quickly spread from Mineral Wells to Dallas about our homemade dishes and inviting atmosphere. Family is the most important thing to my parents. They were always at our award ceremonies, graduations, sports events… they never missed it, recalls Al, Jeff’s son, who works alongside his brothers and other family members at the restaurant. They were the surrogate parents of our neighborhood, and now, our staff. Our greatest joy comes from seeing families come together to share a meal, engage in conversation, and relish life 's moments. Our motivation, the one that makes my family the happiest, is seeing families come together to enjoy a meal, to make conversation, and to simply enjoy life, says Jeff. As you step into Pastafina, expect a warm smile and perhaps even a hug. You might be a stranger upon arrival, but rest assured, when you leave, you will be a cherished member of our family.

Salmon newburg with pink sauce EASILY 10 out of 10 comes with salad and bread also. Amazing food abroad. Been coming here for years

TLDR: great staff, wonderful food Recommend: sausage arrabbiata ?️ Pastafina has been one of my favorites since the early 2000s. I’ve been ordering to-go a lot this summer and it never disappoints! The staff: always so kind and friendly! I had my mom pick it up the other night and she said the young man that helped her was so sweet and genuinely asked her about how her day was going. It really brightened her day The kitchen staff and management are doing a wonderful job as well, I left a note on my doordash order of a small detail I noticed the time before, they exceeded my expectations on how they handled it! The food: the sausage arrabbiata is my newest favorite, the sauce is similar to the ala panna with some heat to it! Their eggplant is so good too, very thinly sliced and the cheese pull I had one night would put all the cheese pull tik toks to shame! I never miss out on getting a salad, their house dressing is my favorite! There’s always a ton of food and we always have some for lunch the next day! Don’t skip on the dessert either!
