Bangkokthai Cuisine Sushi - Weatherford

The food was absolutely delicious. The sushi was outstanding and definitely worth the wait, even though they were quite busy. The waitress was friendly, and my drink was always filled, which I really appreciated.

The basil chicken is flavorful, but I would prefer if the egg rolls were larger.

Very disappointing experience. Me and my husband come in frequently and usually get the same things. We came in recently to celebrate a birthday and the service was horrible. Right off the bat we waited up front for several minutes waiting to beseated. We ordered right away and I got my food first. Then like 20 mins later we got our sushi and then waited another 15 minsbefore my husband finally got his food. Very unprofessional food is supposed to come out all at once. Once I started eating thechicken didn?t taste right. I?ve had the same dish before and it?s never tasted like that. Very mushy and gross. When I saidsomething to the waitress she went to get the manager and then the lady sat there and argued with me saying that there wasnothing that she could do and that I would still have to pay for it. I only had a couple of bites and there was more than 50% offood still on the plate. After I finally told her I WAS NOT paying for something I didn?t like she finally took it off. Sad tosay that is going to be the last time we eat there.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the service could use some improvement. I really enjoyed the different types of sushi I ordered as well as the miso soup. My sister had the crab salad, which also looked great. Every dish I've seen at Bangkok is visually stunning. However, when the server came to our table, he seemed dismissive and gave off the impression that he’d rather be anywhere else. We were seated where we could see into the kitchen, and I must say the entire restaurant was spotless. I just hope for better hospitality if I decide to visit again.
