Many patrons lamented poorly prepared food, with reports of undercooked and overcooked dishes, neglected orders, and subpar service overshadowing previous enjoyable visits. However, positive remarks emerged about the attentive new staff, including a standout manager who made every effort to ensure a memorable experience. Some diners praised the improved menu variety, particularly for dietary needs, and indicated a willingness to return, suggesting the restaurant is on a path of improvement. The future of this establishment looks hopeful amidst its challenges.
Here to a birthday meal with my partner, it was terrible, the pizzas were burned and the personal could not take care less. this was a great restaurant that was always busy with great food. it has now been led by a...uncompetent team to the floor. even her office was not interested, they do not think that this restaurant will be much longer.
At the beginning we were one of only 3 tables in the restaurant. starter came wrong, late and not at the same time. the mains came wrong, late and not at the same time. desserts were wrong, returned. the service was very poor. groups of...arms at the bar, pulsating keep from everyone, and still only a few tables. bill was blackmailed for what we ordered. we will not be back.
Visited today. for a long time. very quiet and music too loud. a gentleman himself asked for it to be rejected. 2 pizzas ordered. the waitress came and apologized after approx. 20 minutes to say that our order lasted so long, but the pizza oven was still warming up. after another 20 minutes our pizzas arrived. I could immediately see that they were not cooked and under me was a lot of flour. I tried, but the pizza dough was not cooked. I told the waitress and showed her the basic of the pizza. She apologized and asked if she could bring us something else. we could not wait another 40 minutes so rejected the offer they have our bill for our drinks and fries that we have what for a daunting as waiting staff seemed really nice and attentive, but let them get off the kitchen. hopefully they will be able to save this situation soon as a few weeks ago we were in the eastbourne prezzo and it was excellent.
Third visit if the service and eating were very bad. last night was the worst food I ever had in a restaurant and the service was amateurish. we have enjoyed this restaurant regularly, as the food and the workers were brilliant, but sad. it has worsened to rock bottom. never again.
We have never ever had a bad meal at Prezzo we are a family of 5 who eat at Prezzo often great place for family with kids. Tonight 29th January my husband’s spaghetti bolognaise, pasta was hard and hardly any bolognaise sauce. My pasta and...chicken, chicken was cold pasta was chewy. My sons calzone was not cooked properly, straight away we said to the Waitress you must have a new chef and she replied yes. My youngest son who’s 8 his pizza was fine. We had to leave, we were not charged for our drinks and I was handed a disrespectfully 25% off voucher we should have been offered a free meal. I asked the manager the chefs name so that when we came back we would ensure it was not that chef, The Manager said I’m sorry I don’t know their name. Prezzo bad bad, your area manager Lisa would be mortified with this.
