I'm not entirely sure what this review is referring to, but I must say that this was one of the most beautiful McDonald's I've ever visited. The staff was friendly, and both the restrooms and dining area were incredibly clean. Everyone was courteous and eager to help! I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10! What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The young man who handled my pickup clearly shouldn't be in customer service. He seemed unaware of basic etiquette. When I asked him to package my order separately, he responded rudely, and then he forgot my BBQ sauce. To top it off, he had a poor attitude and closed the window in my face. View all feedback.

Went through the drive thru. The kid working there was very sarcastic! I ordered a coke and he tried to give me a diet coke. Told him that's not what I ordered and he started mocking me. The service was equally impressive, also deserving of a 5. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place!
