The staff at this restaurant are incredibly helpful. The manager went above and beyond to assist me when I had an issue with my debit card. I can't thank her enough! She really made my day. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.
The food was amazing and the service was excellent.
Much like any fast food restaurants quick and available food is always cooked to order as it seemed and not too many youngsters on their phones a bunch of older people working the stations which made me feel much comfortable knowing my food was going to becooked correctly and served well without a hassle or mix-up. The ladies at the front registers were polite and took their jobseriously with pride.
I ordered the chili cheese fries, and they arrived hot and crispy.
I ordered food and milkshakes on April 30, 2022, around 4:30 PM. While I received the milkshakes promptly, I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru with no one else around to explain the delay. It wasn't until I called to remind them that I was still waiting for my food that they finally brought it out. By that time, the milkshakes had melted, and the food was cold and unappetizing. I received no apology or explanation for the wait. I should have asked for a refund.
