The brisket sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, and even the new limited-time hamburger are all fantastic.

I live nearby and have v... read more I rated this place two stars because the food is at least served hot. However, the quality of the sandwiches leaves much to be desired. I live nearby and have visited this Arby's multiple times, usually waiting until I've tried a place at least three times before rating it. Unfortunately, I've found that the sandwiches from this location seem like they've been made hours in advance and just left to sit. They are not visually appealing, lack a sufficient amount of ingredients, and show a clear lack of effort in assembly. I ordered the new spicy sandwich that's currently being promoted, so I expected it to be prepared correctly, but I was disappointed. The sandwich was poorly assembled, had insufficient ingredients, and overall, it was a bad experience.

I was just there to pick her up from work.... read more The Arby's I visited a few days ago is the same one I went to over 30 years ago—and it's where my daughter works now. I was just there to pick her up from work. I have many great memories of this place. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend stopping by anytime. They also stay open late for drive-thru orders.

Every visit here has some problem—either my order is missing items or the food is only partially prepared. I never experience issues at the Garden City location; the food is always fresh, hot, and made correctly. For example, on the same night, I bought salads from both locations, and the difference in quality was obvious. This location seriously needs better management or should just shut down. They’re wasting customers’ time and money.

The employee at the window even confirmed my order before handing it over. The fries, however, were only warm instead of hot, which is why I'm giving four stars. The customer service was great, and the drive-thru was efficient. Aside from the fries, everything was excellent. I would recommend Arby's and will definitely be back.
