What Jackson S doesn't like about Wayne Steak House:
Overall, fell pretty short of expectations, mostly driven by the service. Though the servers were very polite/friendly, they were not very good and essentially lacked experience, esp when you are paying $70 for a steak. Had to ask for silverware, water, remind them to fill the water, never checked in to see how the food was, difficult to flag them down, even tough it wasn't too busy, and mainly, my wife requested her... Had an amazing experience at WS! The quality of the food was superb tenderness of the ribeye, temperature and flavor! I also wanted to eat the bowl of the onion soup that had such depth of flavor. Most importantly is the service provided by Vlora who worked like a machine and was always smiling and you can taste her love of her establishment in the food.
