Whatever you do stay away from takeout from this place. Had a bad experience months ago and stupidly tried it again. Ordered hot roast beef sandwich. Unbelievably for the second time I got hot open turkey. And it was far from hot, more like cold with gravythat looked like frozen pudding. Soup was inedible and the bill was $60 never going back
Food was good but the waitress wasn't the best. She left us several times for a while. We waited to order, waited for drink refills and practice jumped at her to get her attention. Idk, maybe she was having a hard day.
Plenty of parking, staff is very pleasant and attentive. The diner has a nice classic diner feel! Everything is clean and bright! The food was amazing! Desserts (especially the cheesecake) are out of this world! They also have a full service bar!
The diner has a very good gluten free selection. I have celiac, and it?s important for me to feel safe knowing that they take my dietary restrictions seriously. They told me they have separate deep fryer and kitchen stations for gluten free meals. Alsotheir food is NOT over salted which works great for me.
It's a common occurrence at many restaurants. You sit down at your local diner and see a group of 10 kids come in, order only 2 orders of fries to share, and then leave without leaving a tip for the server. Parents should do a better job teaching their children about the importance of tipping and treating others with respect. It's not right to treat servers like they don't matter. Remember the saying, "don't poo where you eat" - be kind and show respect to everyone, including your server.
