Tommy Cheng's Asian Cruisine - Wayne

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, even during the storm when the restaurant began to flood. They went above and beyond by driving us just a short distance to our car since the water was so deep. This is what I consider outstanding service!

I don't understand the negative reviews; this is a charming little restaurant. It has a quiet and spacious atmosphere, and everything is very clean and well-organized. I dined there last night with my family, and the staff treated us very nicely. The food and drinks were both good. However, I do think the restaurant could benefit from having a security guard at the entrance, as it feels a bit dark and lacks protection. The parking lot could use better lighting, especially since the restaurant is somewhat secluded. Additionally, it would be helpful to have someone managing the cashier so that employees don’t have to constantly leave their stations to answer phone calls. On a positive note, the restrooms are very well-maintained. Overall, it’s a great restaurant with tasty food; I just wish for better security for the staff.
