To the employee that just was mad she had to remake my coffee and decided after it was remade that she was going to hand it to me and close the window in my face. Your lucky I'm a positive person because if I wasn't your day could have gotten worse than it was pretty quickly. For the other employee that said what is she talking about that's 4 4.. Honey I get 20 coffees a day the exact same way at many different locations... 4 4 don't change. When the coffee comes out white that's not 4 4. After spending atleast $5,000 a year on coffees for many years I think I should know.. The GM needs to train kindness before things get out of hand. I'm not taking a undrinkable coffee for $4.. I work hard just as you guys do! Common sense isn't so common. Thank you for fixing my coffees though sweetheart ?

Wow 35 minutes in line to get cold breakfast sandwiches. When something was said the employees looked at me like I was dumb and walked away. Egg, bacon where cold. The other sandwich was even made right, had to ask for butter, but no common sense to hand me an utensil to put it on my bagel. When my tea was handed to me, I asked if it was sweet, the girl said I don't know I didn't make it and she closed the window. Pretty sad to think this is acceptable. Customer service sucks and food sucks.

Just left this location and woah. I ordered two donuts, a coffee and chips. Get to the window the lady is rude and said chips weren’t added on and she can’t add them at the window even though it was their mistake. I told her that and she ignored me for a few mins after giving me my other items then called someone with an attitude and said to add chips (she’s a light skinned African American women with a larger sized body). After that, two black women walked into the store and the manager and all the workers started immediately yelling at them telling them to get the f out. It got heated to the point where they left me at the window and forgot they had a line of customers. The manager started smacking stuff on the counter and everyone was just being unprofessional, cursing and acting really irate despite the line they had. One of the workers said “if you pull a gun on me you better use it”. The women that came in ended up pulling a weapon which it maybe self defense considering everybody started yelling and moving towards them. The police station is less than a a mile away. I am not sure why the solution was to aggressively approach the customers instead of call the cops. I did catch some of this on video. It’s now 2:10 so I recommend the camera footage between 1:30-2 be pulled. A business should not be operated in this unprofessional manner. I hope they get better workers and do better.

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered the fruit explosion muffins. If you've never had one you are missing out. They are so flavorful.
