When I booked our reservation this t... read more We’ve booked the Taphouse a number of times via OpenTable and have always had a positive experience. My kids love it there! When I booked our reservation this time, it was a beautiful night, so I grabbed an outdoor tent table (like we have done in the past). When we arrived, we saw the tent was dissembled so I called inside and they obviously confirmed that outdoor seating was not available. When I asked if we could still come inside to eat, they said that we would have to wait an hour (spoke to the hostess and the manager). The reservation we made through OpenTable didn’t seem to hold water. If you are making a reservation through here, definitely confirm with a phone call before getting surprised on site with hungry kids in tow.

My friend had the butternut squash pasta and said it made her sick. Also no walnuts were found (as listed on menu). We share the Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and they were good. Waitress never asked if we needed drink refills. Probably won’t go back. This place used to be very good but has gone down hill.m

The online reservation option is helpful when planning ahead. Family friendly. Pros: the pizzas aredelicious! We love the extensive tap craft beer selection. The nachos are usually amazing, but have been hit or miss in the lastfew months. Cons: if you're a fan of wings, this is NOT the place. The portions are small, even for an appetizer. The wingswere tiny. I don't enjoy how the sauces accompany the wings rather than arriving pre-tossed. Avoid. Overall, a greatexperience. Would recommend. A good value for your money, especially when so many places are hit or miss these days.
