I placed my order through the app and paid upfront, but when I arrived to pick it up, they told me there was no record of my order. Even after showing proof of payment, they refused to fix the problem. This level of customer service is unacceptable. They could have at least offered to remake my order, but my request was denied. I expected better, especially considering their menu options. Overall, a very frustrating takeout experience.

The staf... read more The owner and staff at this Subway location are quite unfriendly. It’s surprising that someone managing a successful franchise isn’t more approachable. The staff doesn’t make you feel particularly welcome, but considering the limited dining options in Wayne, WV, it’s understandable. If the owner is this unhappy with her business and life, perhaps she should take some time to reconsider her situation. Finding a new direction might bring her more satisfaction. Simply put, if you’re so unhappy that you can’t even say "thank you" or "have a nice day," it might be time to reflect on what matters most.

T... read more I am very disappointed with this Subway location. I ordered my food through the app and paid for it, but when I arrived to pick it up, they had nothing ready. They said they had no record of my order, even though I showed proof of payment. They refused to rectify the situation, which is poor business practice. At the very least, they could have prepared a new order for me, but they wouldn’t do that. I'm incredibly disappointed.
