Every time I visit in the morning, I hope to try a better ice cream, but it's always a letdown! Why is it so bitter? It just doesn’t taste good at all. Can someone who works there please look into this? It's really disappointing, especially considering how much I spend on coffee. View all feedback.
The sad part of this place is that it has been rebuilt, but it has not improved the service at all, is still very slow, it may be even slower now. if you plan to order here, wait for 10 or so minutes. terrible service!
You have a coffee shop worth a million dollars and you don’t know how to serve a fresh cup of coffee to your customers. Not happy at all. The coffee I ordered probably brewed from 3 hours
It's ok but I hate that they took the condiments table away like that was a super spreader for covid. Restaurants are back to normal in NYC but sitting with your coffee will get you infected lol. Saps!

Let me tell those who read this comment, this place is the best of all the ones I have visited to this day, do you know why? because the bathroom and the establishment is very clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly
