What User doesn't like about Smashburger:
Well im Here and the customer service of this young server is awful. At 7;00pm I am just at the cashiers and she was so rude. First let me standing like nothing. 5 minutes pass then people were lining and she came and said well there is 30 minutes wait and we are not talking orders now. Everyone stayed then she got mad and said it is half an hour waiting and we closed at 8 we are not going to take any order. She came... View all feedback. What User likes about Smashburger:
I have often crushed burgers in different places and the food is always spectacular, but in the Pompton levels NJ location the customer service was excellent. James is the best! The Colorado Burger is also the best burger out there. View all feedback.

Food is great! Service super! But please invest money in better plastic cups mines just broke up the top.
