Never in a million years would I think an ice cream cone takes 10 minutes to concoct but this runza proved me wrong. Not only was the wait long but to go with it was the ice cream conserving I was unaware of as my cone was maybe half full. If a half full ice cream cone after 10 minutes is your cup of tea give this place a shot but if you prefer a quick and easy ice cream cone I would recommend to s

Wife took the food out to the car... read more Ordered 2 meals and 6 frozen Runzas. Got the meals after about 5 minutes and waited and waited and waited for the frozen ones. Wife took the food out to the car while I waited for 2 different staff to inquire about the frozen ones. Finally got them thrown on the counter. Told the guy that was doing the drive through that I was sure they would be hotter than the one I ordered that my wife took out to the car.

We ordered a wrap, a Burger, and chicken strips for the toddler. The ice cream cone was a little bit on the small side compared to runzo's normal standards, but but that is OK As they did get the cone filled all the way with no air gaps.

The service was efficient, the food was served hot, and our order was correct. We ordered a combo meal, a burger, and chicken strips for our child. The size of the ice cream cone was a bit smaller than what we are used to at Runzo's, but it was filled without any air gaps, so that's acceptable.
