Reviews - Ruby Thai Kitchen
Reviews summary
Located in a mall food-court setting, this casual eatery draws praise for hearty portions, good value and standout items like grilled chicken noodle soup, but experiences are mixed. Diners note inconsistent execution—oily or bland dishes, dry meats and unevenly cooked rice—alongside service ups and downs and unexpected small fees or billing errors. Good for budget-conscious shoppers seeking comforting soups and takeout, though expect variability and watch your receipt.

I frequently order from this restaurant and always use a third-party delivery service. I initially assumed it was a high-end restaurant, but I discovered it's actually located at Willowbrook Mall. The food is fantastic! I especially love the grilled chicken noodle soup—it's so delicious! View all feedback.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after trying a sample they offered, which was delicious. I returned for dinner and was very pleased with my meal. The staff were friendly as well. I look forward to dining here again someday. Thank you!

Deserves Better Reviews - I don't understand why the ratings are so low! The food here was delicious, and you really get a generous portion for an excellent price.
This is NOT authentic Thai cuisine—not even remotely! It tastes more like generic Chinese food.
