It’s a bit strange – this was my first time at the restaurant, and I discovered that I’m not really a fan of the food. However, I must say the staff was fantastic and really put in a lot of effort despite the challenges of their jobs. They definitely deserve a pay raise! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
I ordered a chicken quesadilla, which was really tasty, but the hygiene at this place is awful. The person who prepared my order accidentally dropped the sour cream and then put it back with my meal. If they handle food this way in front of customers, I can't help but wonder how they prepare the meals in the kitchen. I also went to discuss this issue with customer service, but no one bothered to follow up with me. View all feedback.
STORE DOESN'T CLOSE UP BAGS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE THE STCKY BAGS, MY STEAK Create Your Own Quesadilla WAS BURNT AND MADE SLOPPY
Food portion was great and delicious HOWEVER, they need to change the straws they use! As I tried to take a sip of my drink the draw was so fragile the plastic broke apart and cut my tongue!!! Very dangerous and Qdoba could potentially get sued for this. Qdoba if you’re reading this, please address it ASAP!!
Other than the fact there was a dead bug in my food and the worker not wearing gloves to manage my food and the terrible quality straws the food wasn’t terrible,

Whoever runs this location...should run other locations. I've had Q in 3 other places in NJ. This one in Wayne is superior. How can that be? I guess the manager knows what the bleep they're doing with the food prep. Only this location from now on for me. Excellent.
