$11.65 dollars later I regret that I paid so much for a smoothie that wasn't even filled up. Fordized ginger and was calculated extra. Unfortunately, the drink needed a few minutes under the mixer... it was extremely thick and heavy to drink. I think I broke my straw and tried to get all the pieces. The ginger was super strict. I think it could be old. I had to spit out the unmixed pieces, this also included a few big pieces. That was my first time here, I really expected more. I was really hungry and wondered if I made the right choice?!.
What User doesn't like about Playa Bowls:
I met an extremely rude employee in this place. This young lady gave us a very bad attitude from the second we left until we left for no obvious reason. She is definitely not bad or has a bad day, because once she turned around her employee, she laughed. We were confused about the way they treat customers (maybe only we). It was an annoying visit as paying customers. View all feedback.

Playa bowls is one of the best places in Wayne for food. The service is exceptional. The food is deliciously healthy. The prices are good!This is a treat to go to Playa Bowls for lunch!!!!
Long time, frequent customer at this location but this was it for me. Stems on the blueberries have been an issue since last summer but I just got a bowl that had ~40 blueberries with stems (see pic). This is what they thought was acceptable to give to a customer. Also a piece of strawberry was rotted. They also often ignore you when you have an online order to pick up and walk right to the pickup area. Do yourself a favor and head to Goodness Bowls in Villanova. I haven’t had any issues there with any of the food or customer service.

Let me tell you something…this place is great. Dana took my order. She was sweet and attentive to my allergy related needs. She was all like, “don’t you worry mister, James, we got yo BACK!” (She didn’t say this but I felt supported like this from her). Anyway, fast forward to while I’m eating I’m talking to my dog literally my dog, and training him how to sit and lay down in a restaurant/in public. Dana “The Sweetest” (as I shall now refer to her as) says, “hey! Can your dog have peanut butter and bananas?” I said, “OMG, how about peanut butter and blueberries?!” She was like, “Absolutely!”Then she HOOKED MY LITTLE MAN UP!He had his own peanut butter filled lid with blueberries! He happily ate his food in the corner and now he’s all happy and sleepy in the car ride home ??Thank you again!! We will be back!
