P.f. Chang's Willowbrook Mall - Wayne

Our waiter, Tomaso, was very attentive throughout our meal. The food was quite good, though a bit on the salty side. We all agreed that it wasn't greasy at all and was very flavorful. We started with crabs, Mongolian shrimp, lobster sauce, and honey shrimp, which left us with plenty to take home. The noise level in the restaurant was moderate, allowing us to easily hear each other. Our drinks were also enjoyable; we had a Blushing Geisha and an Asian Pear Mojito. We will definitely be returning!

This is my second time here, and I experienced issues with the kitchen during both visits. However, as long as the food is served, I'm satisfied.

My experience was quite disappointing. The service took a long time, and it felt like forever to receive our food. The bun was tough and difficult to chew, and the restroom was unclean. Additionally, the plates and spoons were dirty, which was really frustrating. I won’t be returning; I’ve had much better meals at other places!

The service was really bad. they served us an evening meal at a time; they served the children about 15 minutes after all adults received their food. you had to hunt down the waiting staff to get a refill of water.

From the hostess to the the waitress to our water glasses getting refilled, everyone that works at the new PF Chang was so nice! They asked as we walked in if we were celebrating something. I told them it was my girlfriends birthday . My friend loved that hostess wished her Happy Birthday and of course loved when she could pick a free desert to complete our celebration. The waitress helped us pick PF favorites. Everything was so delicious. The waitress didn’t rush us out to turn the table so we got to relax and enjoy the food and each other. I can’t wait to go back again.
