Good place to have a healthy and nice meal or snack. My favorite part is that I can customize my selections and is not a lot of wait. Great to share time with family and friends.
I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. I ordered breakfast for $43.75 and waited 10 minutes, but my pager never went off. When I went to the pickup area to check on my order, I was informed that it wasn't valid because it didn't show up in their system. I even showed them the transaction confirmation from my mobile banking app, but they wouldn’t accept it as proof of my order. In the end, I had to leave Panera without my food. While the food might be good, the service was poor, and there seemed to be a significant level of distrust towards customers.
I can't recall anyone's name, but the Black woman is consistently warm and welcoming, as is the Latina woman. I usually just order breakfast and eat it quickly at the restaurant. Each time I visit, I’m greeted at least once, sometimes even three times! My food is always ready when I get there. The only drawback is that they seem to be opening later and later on weekends. I can't place a pre-order until after 9 AM, which doesn't really work for my schedule.
The meals were ready in about 5 minutes after we placed our order, selected our drinks, and got comfortable at our table.
I had pumpkin bread soup. Cost was approx. $7 with taxes. Soup had a little sweet and salty taste and was nicely accompanied by baguette. Good service and quiet surrounding( when i visited . Nearby to shopping places like willowbrook. Enough parking space. They have outdoor seating as well. A good place for salad and desert. They make delicious sandwiches. Try it once. Looked clean and hygienic.
