We ended up waiting 35 minutes for our 6 regular rolls after having to chase down the waitress/owner to place our order. It took an additional 15 minutes for the 5 special rolls to arrive. Unfortunately, the sushi wasn't worth the wait; all the raw fish was served at room temperature, suggesting it hadn't been refrigerated properly or had been left out before reaching our table. The flavor of the regular rolls was just okay, but one of my friends found a long hair in the Philadelphia roll. The special rolls were disappointing, with the fish lacking freshness, which was evident in the taste. The canned fruit that accompanied some of the rolls did nothing to improve the experience. I usually devour sushi, but I could only manage a few bites before giving up. My friends and I spent the rest of the night with upset stomachs, regretting our choice to dine at what used to be a decent sushi restaurant. The lack of customers on a Saturday night should have been a warning sign for us to turn around and find somewhere else. The table next to us mentioned they had to wait over an hour for their rolls, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Clearly, we were not an exception. Whether you're looking for all-you-can-eat or à la carte rolls, I recommend trying one of the many other reputable sushi places in the area.

The service was terrible; they hung up on me when I tried to call. The sushi lacked flavor, and the tempura was an unappetizing off-white color without any crunch or crispiness. This was the worst sushi I've ever had.

The menus were a little confusing, but other than that the food was great! First time trying Bubble tea and the brown sugar flavor was good. Will definitely go again.

Honestly we have this place a shot wanting to try new sushi places. We called ahead to make sure they had space. We sat down at the table and got our menus right away. We literally waiting about 30 minutes for them to take our order for all you can eat. Once the order was in we waited close to an hour and still never got out sushi. The waitress came over only once to had us edamame that we didn't even order because the wait was so bad Never have I ever walked out of a restaurant, we left money for the water and left. This is absolutely the worse experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. We got there at 7:30 and left at 9 with no food. This was the biggest waste of time. Can't comment on the food because we never got it!! Never coming back.

Food was great. Location is run down and dirty. Service is questionable. We first went in looking to dine in. Everything was blocked off. We asked if they were serving there and they said no. Only take out. We started to leave and then they said that we could eat there if we wanted. They pointed us around to the back door. We walked around and it was locked. We waited for a few minutes and no one seemed to be there. Just as we were leaving again they opened the door and let us in. Surprisingly there were two other parties already dining there. Really strange. Our table was falling off the wall and slanted. They had some issue making hot tea. They had tea bags but were telling us we needed to order water instead cause they couldn't do the tea. Then after I asked again later they gave in and brought us tea? I don't really understand what the issue was. Then we kept being left alone and forgotten about. Kept needing to flag down the waitress. Once we finally were able to get our orders in everything was good. The soup wasn't too salty, and the sushi was fresh and not too cold. Very well done and high quality. Over all it was a really strange experience. I'm amazed they haven't driven everyone away. I plan to go back as I don't mind the weird atmosphere. It's not somewhere I'd bring someone to make a good impression. Just to get good food for cheap.
