I've ordered from Jersey Mike's several times over the past month, and each time, something has been missing from my order. It's disappointing because the food is good.
The Philly cheesesteak was fantastic. The cookies were delicious, but for the second time, they arrived broken into small pieces. You need to improve your packaging for fragile items, or you risk losing customers.
Always great! My wife grew up near the original Jersey Mike's in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, and she would happily eat there every day if she had the chance.
Great! Maybe my favorite turkey hoagie in Philly.
