However, Ash, who I believe is the manager, can frequently come off as rude and has made mistakes with my orders several times. Furthermore, I've had to wait about 30 minutes for my food.

I was initially doubtful about their 10 PM closing time, but it turned out to be accurate! The location provides various benefits, such as contactless payment options, and you can pay however you like—whether with a credit card or by adding to your gift card balance to earn rewards. When comparing it to Starbucks, it’s obvious that this place excels in terms of availability, operating hours, and overall convenience. I expected to encounter the usual long wait like I do at Starbucks, but I was pleasantly surprised. They earned an A+ for service during the lockdown!"

I never received a re... read more I had a frustrating experience this morning at Dunkin'. A man asked me to swipe my card, which I did, but then he asked me to do it again. I never received a receipt for either swipe. Ultimately, I was charged, but I never got my order. The charge appears on my bank statement, but the entire situation was very aggravating. I advise being cautious of the man working Tuesday mornings around 8, as well as the two other men and the woman present.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. The menu offered no redeeming qualities that could outweigh such poor service.
