Unprofessional doesn't know how to put orders on the counter and decides to leave orders by the cashier. Waited 25 minutes for one order....... However, when I arrive, my order stil... read more I wouldn't even give this place one star. Every time I place an online order, I wait about 10 minutes before heading over. However, when I arrive, my order still isn't ready, and I end up waiting another 5 to 10 minutes for them to complete it. This is not how it should work; orders should be ready when I arrive, which is the whole point of ordering online! Their service is slow and frustrating. The staff also appear unhappy and seem to dislike their jobs. Furthermore, when I politely requested a refund, they not only refused but also argued with me about it.
