This place is becoming worse by the day, coffee now tastes watered down, today I ordered a hot chocolate some how it all spilled out of my hand I think the lid... read more This place is becoming worse by the day, coffee now tastes watered down, today I ordered a hot chocolate some how it all spilled out of my hand I think the lid was loose, I went inside I told the Indian lady manager or owner I think she is, I said my drink spilled, can I get another hot chocolate, she didn’t say nothing at all and changed me again, but instead of having little bit of courtesy and give me the drink for free, it’s not about the money it’s about character, I’m every day customer there, today is my last day here no more very disrespectful!!

At that moment, I felt it was necessary to mention that if this was going to be an issue, I would prefer a refund. She then informed me that I wouldn’t be receiving a refund because her coworker was already remaking my order. She insisted that cross-contamination was a normal occurrence everywhere I went. I calmly explained that I hadn't been rude; I simply wanted a new wrap made because of the raw meat contamination, and that this wasn't a problem at my usual Dunkin' location, where they consistently change their gloves. I believe this is basic food safety knowledge. In the end, they remade the wrap, but I remained hesitant to eat it due to their reaction and apparent disregard for customer safety and allergens. I will never spend another dollar at this location and am extremely disappointed with the staff I encountered, who not only treated me disrespectfully but also allowed their coworker to do the same and then proceeded to gossip about me. I understand that working in food service can be challenging—I did it for five years—but this behavior is simply unacceptable.
