3 security guards, are needed, one for the back door, the front door, and where the bathrooms are, the women's bathroom was missing soap, and the baby changing station needs to be placed in another area, also I noticed that some parents aren't dressed appropriately, there needs to be a sign on the front that some parents need to dress suitable, for the children's sake, this is a place for kids, not a club for adults, I also think they shouldn't be serving alcohol, it's been a long while since I have been here, so alot of things have been moved around, what I do like is the new card feature for the tickets/coins, and the refilling of the drinks/sodas etc, pizza was good as well, above all, great place for the children, just make these changes and everything will be fine, I forgot that they took the slides off cause of the pandemic...

Perfect place for family time my kids had a blast but not recommended to order food. It will take them forever to make a pie of pizza and everyone knows hungry kids patience. I recommend to have food at Panera bread next door

Clean and fun for the kids. I wish the games did not all give the same amount of tickets no matter what. And the prizes could be better for the amount of money parents spend there.

We had so much fun on this place. Everything was impecable clean and they were disinfecting at all moment the areas. Good service, I will recommend it. Enjoy it!

Smiles are abound at this location for the kids. They light up with intrigue and wonder. The pizza was so good that my wife wants to go back just for the pickup. Lol. I docked a star for some minor things; Chuck E ‘s animatronic was not operational, some games/rides were down, the tickets grab box only flew like 10 tickets giving the experience a lackluster feel and the entrance operator needs to be more vigilant with taking photos of you and your kid and double checking while leaving. But overall it was a really good time. We are definitely going back.
