This place is TOP SHELF. Went twice this past week and honestly feel there is NO place in the area that comes remotely close to this restaurant! I moved from Bergen County and until now, could not find that rare combination of quality food, CLEAN and attentive , personable staff. The seafood is AMAZING. I’ve heard some comments in reference to the owner….guess what…he’s doing a whole lot of right, maybe you just don’t know the difference.
Food is always great! This time chicken was over cooked. But it happens, no biggie. Have ordered several times and mostof the time no issue with the food. Customer service is 0 stars every time unfortunately(guy who works the front). Today order placed online they misinterpreted the note. It happens, realized it was a misunderstanding asked for the correct item and they refused. Not an apology or offer to make things right just rude. Advised I would just like it replaced and they said I would need to pay again to get what I ordered. or take it up with the online platform. Another time Waiter was rude to wife and instead of using words walked the menu over and pointed to a menu to imply she should have the menu instead of asking.
The food is high quality, everything there is great and reasonably priced. Great staff. This has become our Italian gotoByob
I absolutely loved the pizza! It's a wonderful family-friendly restaurant. I highly recommend it due to the excellent service.
I called the restaurant and spoke to a woman who placed me on hold for 10 minutes after I provided all the necessary details to locate my order. I was hoping she would offer a replacement or a refund, but instead, she said she would discuss it with the owner and that someone would call me back. It’s now 9:45, and I still haven't received any call, which doesn’t surprise me since she was so quick to end our conversation that she forgot to ask for my phone number. I had to remind her that she would need it if anyone was going to reach out, and she just laughed. I’m not a picky eater and usually don’t complain unless something is really off. As long as it’s edible, I tend to try to adjust the seasoning myself. However, this experience was so bad that I felt compelled to speak up, even if it ended up being a waste of my time. I hope my feedback helps the next person considering this dish.
