The older gentleman at the front was rude and was mumbling something under his breath when I requested a darker, well-done bagel. I won’t be returning here again.

Every time I order from here, something goes wrong. I waited an hour and a half for a delivery of two grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids, who are home sick. After an hour, I called and was told the delivery driver was just leaving (only 3 minutes away). But another half hour passed before she finally arrived. When I paid the $15 order with a $20 bill, she told me there was no change available and took the food back! Seriously, who does that?! Bagel Os really needs to get it together. I won’t be coming back and would advise others to stay away from this terrible place.
