Awful experience. Every time I order from here, something goes wrong. I waited an hour and a half for a delivery of two grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids, who are home sick. After an hour, I called and was told the delivery driver was just leaving (only 3 minutes away). But another half hour passed before she finally arrived. As a contractor, I've become something of a bagel expert thanks to my visits to numerous places. Bagel Os is my go-to spot for consistently delicious sandwiches.
The service was terrible. The older gentleman at the front was rude and was mumbling something under his breath when I requested a darker, well-done bagel. I won’t be returning here again.

I won’t be coming back and would advise others to stay away from this terrible place.
Went there to get a bagel and noticed the guy behind counter blew his nose while he had gloves on and didn't change them and then proceeded to help next customer.
