What Kiersten Semon doesn't like about Crossroads:
Food less than par. Pierogis possibly moldy but definitely old, they smell like playdoh. Pizza is so thin and oily you have to fold it in fours to eat it. Steer clear unless you want to be running to the bathroom all night. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.
I have patronizing this place since 2011. And I am so tired of the rudeness and lack of service and just plain attitude. Throwing menus at us or throwing our food at us and immediately walking away is simply unacceptable. They were so quick to collect my bill but never came to refill my glass of water the entire hour we sat there. Food used to be top notch so I used to proudly rave and recommend this restaurant. Lines used to be out the doors and waitlist was over an hour. Now it's clear that others have had enough. The only wait I had was for someone to greet me at the door .... Wings once were smothered in delicious sauce, and you craved more and more (I recommend Ziggys and Hot Garlic). Now you get a dry wing lacking any sauce and I always have to ask to pay for extra sauce. Wings are no longer consistently quality, instead the last few times I've been in here the wings are either small or burnt. So depressing about how this once amazing restaurant is at an all time low. I hope management and staff realizes they are a part of the problem and turn themselves around. I am so embarrassed and will stop bringing people here.
Read a few reviews before writing this one.. Gosh maybe they went somewhere else..? you can see from some of my past reviews i'm not new to this.. First the service was great we were greeted at the door.. seated and given menus told what the special was and the girl took our drink order.. the food was good prepared well and served promptly.. could not ask for a better expierence.. a great local place to eat !!!
The server is never anywhere to be found and the boneless wings were like hockey pucks and were 90% breading and 10% chicken. Half our table got food and 15 minutes later after they finished their food the other half finally came out. The food that finally came out was cold and tasted like Clorox. Won't be coming back
Go on wing night. Hot garlic are the best sauce. Ziggy are pretty good too. There is one super rude waitress so watch out.
Tonight 's wing night visit to the crossroads was one miserable experience after another. It started with the host explaining the rules of wing night. (Order as many as you 'd like but you won 't be able to take more than 9 pcs home with you... Really..!? Then, sitting literally 45 minutes after the first round of drinks without our server stoping by even once. When we flagged down the host again (yes, apparently there are servers AND hosts we got blasted with the I 'm just the host. You 'll need to talk to your server. response. She started to follow up with something about that 's why we ask you how many people in your party when we seat you but it didn 't have anything to do with the fact that we were just thirsty and we let it slide. When the wings finally came, (yet another server couldn 't find room on our crowded table so she impatiently plopped a paper container of celery and blue cheese right on top of my plate full of wings! The host had no worries about where our orders where or if we needed anything, but she was right there as soon as we stood up to collect the cash. Total time from walking in to walking out was 2 hours. Yes, the place was busy but that 's no excuse for the lack of personability and follow-up.
