Biggby Coffee - Wayland

Expect to spend 30-40 minutes in the drive thru. The fastest visit I've had here in the drive thru was when I was second in line- 15 minutes from order to leave. I don't know what they do in there. The cars in front of me usually have 1-2 items. I only order 1-2 items. I don't get it. We get coupons for literally free food from them all the time and I throw them away because I'd rather not spend half my morning in a drive thru.

Me: Chai latte please Biggby: here is your Chai Latte, minus the Chai !

Superrrrrr slow! Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru. I was the 2nd car in line and the car in front of me only got 2 items and so did I. We were also never greeted.

I prefer Biggby over Starbucks, any day. Super ButterBear on ice is my favorite. Never had an issue.

The barista’s did not acknowledge me in line. I was the third person in line at 8:20 AM this morning. They help the first two people and then ignored me for at least 5 minutes until I decided to turn around and leave. They could’ve said hi and let me know. It would be a few minutes instead they decided to ignore.
