We have never encountered any issues with the staff or the food, as they all take great care of their customers. We will continue to dine there regularly. Whenever we have visitors from out of town, their first request is always to go to Stacks.

Not only did I receive mediocre table service, but when I went to pay at the register, I was left waiting while two employees chatted amongst themselves. When one of them finally took my bill, she didn't even acknowledge me and then took my credit card without looking at me. As I was leaving with my mother in a wheelchair, the same employees were still chatting near the front door, with one briefly glancing at us but making no attempt to assist. Their behavior was very rude and inconsiderate. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
