Came through drive thru and they were really unprofessional at their job charged me for a order that wasn't even mine then took what seemed like forever to refund my money and they charged me for my right order and the money they supposedly refunded me still hasn't went back on my card I will never go here again I wouldn't recommend anyone go here View all feedback.
I frequent this restaurant often and always order my meal with specific requirements. The staff consistently does an excellent job of preparing it exactly how I like it! The employees at the drive-thru are always friendly and welcoming, even during busy weekend mornings. I want to give a big shoutout to Brenda, who is always a ray of sunshine in the morning and never fails to brighten my day!

I come here a few times a month and every time it is amazing! Great and friendly customer service and the 2 girls who took my order today added Emma and Taylor my outfit and were super friendly and outgoing! It's gonna be a lot better than the Indian country.
A drive through line literally 30 cars deep sat morning because they can't seem to open lobby anymore. Products on menu not available. Waste of time.
Came 9/18, the two staff members at the window are just relaxing telling everyone that comes that they don’t have staff and can’t serve anyone.Came 9/19, to order the $3 pumpkin cream cold brew that is advertised on their menu. They don’t have the pumpkin cream so offer another sweet cream, get to the window and they don’t want to honor the $3 advertised sign on the menu, when we are already compensating on them not having the original menu item. They claim they didn’t have time to take it down.Manager was extremely rude and dismissive and doesn’t seem to be happy with the position she is in.Worst service every time we come to this Dunkin’, won’t be back.
