The staff was so friendly. It was my first time having Bojangles. I played it safe and had a sausage biscuit with the hashbrowns. The manager told me they had flavor which they did! I could taste hints of onion in the potatoes. I just expected plain ol hashbrowns. Y'all forgive me though because I forgot the name they have for them. I will give the workers 2 stars for their effort, but overall I was very dissatisfied with the experience. While I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, I felt it necessary to express my disappointment in this case.

I recently dined at a restaurant in Waxhaw, NC where there were no other options to choose from. The manager, Michael, checked us in and was incredibly friendly and efficient. He not only assisted customers in the back but also greeted everyone who came in, letting them know there might be a short wait. Other customers even commented on how nice he was, which is rare as I have been to other places where the staff does not acknowledge you or seem friendly. Additionally, I appreciated the option to dine in at this restaurant.

OMG!!!! I'd like to thank the ladies on drive thru they are the best. Greeting every customer like they really meant it. Made me feel very blessed this morning!
